A New York bagel habit, brought to the Blue Ridge.

Blue Ridge Breakfast Co. is the newest concept from Chef Connor Saucedo — a mobile trailer built around one simple idea: a truly great bagel and a proper cup of coffee should be easy to find.

We boil and bake our bagels the traditional way, build every sandwich to order, and pull up somewhere new throughout the week. Same chef-driven quality you know — with mountain views included.
